I’m building a bridge of language to reach Home…
I build with images, some bricks that I work with are: water. hands. reflections. shadows. clotheslines. words.
In the world I depict there are many stories in one, there are two languages present, two moments, a double sense of place, and among these dualities, instances where the two become three in order to become one.
Family, culture, travel and community are a constant inspiration. These photographs belong to large bodies of work. Separately they can stand alone as beautiful mistakes and moments of contemplation.
Within all of my travels, the focus was not on photography, the focus was on movement.

Estoy construyendo un puente de lenguajes para llegar a Casa...
Construyo con imágenes; algunos ladrillos que uso para construir son: agua, manos, puentes, reflexiones, ropa tendida, palabras.
En el mundo que muestro hay muchas historias en una, hay dos lenguajes presentes, dos momentos, un doble sentido de lugar, y dentro de estas dualidades, instantes donde los dos se convierten en tres para convertirse en uno..
Familia, cultura, viajes, amor y comunidad son inspiraciones constantes. Muchas de estas fotografías pertenecen a ensayos fotográficos en proceso. Separadas, se pueden ver solas como representado la espontaneidad y momentos de contemplación.
